TopSellingAgent.com uses actual multiple listing service data and third party research in the verification process, which includes the number of closed transactions by the agent as well as sales dollar volume.   

All Recognized Top Selling Agents have applied and qualified for this prestigious certification and recognition that is based on individual performance, consecutive years of service, customer support capability and the overall achievement of a 90% or better evaluation rating against the top ten standards associated with the Top Selling Agent Certification for residential real estate professionals.
