This Privacy Policy is applicable to the  TopSellingAgent.com  website.   This Policy applies to the use of the site by consumers and by real estate professionals who join as members of TopSellingAgent.com (“members” or “customers”).  Persons using the site are individually and collectively referred to as “you” and “your” and TopSellingAgent.com  is referred to as “Website”,  “Site”,  “we”, “us” and “our”.

 This Policy is designed to help you learn more about the type of information we collect about you,  how it is used and safe guarded and how you can control its use. IF AT ANY TIME YOU FIND THIS PRIVACY POLICY UNACCEPTABLE, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY LEAVE THE WEBSITE.

Personally Identifiable Information.   Personally identifiable information ( also referred to as “Personal Information”) means individually identifiable  information  about you that we collect online, including but not limited to items such as your name,  email address, personal and business addresses,  firm affiliation, phone number and fax.  If you choose to make a purchase, this will include  credit card information.  If you choose to join as a member, this will include your user name and password.    Members may also be requested to provide  their license number or MLS #.  We also collect information that you volunteer, via member registration  (e.g. demographic information, photographs, video, graphic information, education, designations, specialties, affiliations with organizations,  sales transactions and data).  If you wish to take advantage of some of our products or services, or to access certain  website functionality, you will be asked to provide personal information, such as your password. If you forget your password for any registered area of the Website, we have an automated password recovery system,  which can be accessed by clicking on the “Forgot Password?” link on the log-in page. 

Sharing Information with Third Parties.

We do not sell, barter or trade  personally identifiable information for commercial use.  We share personally identifiable information with unaffiliated third parties as follows:

1. We may use other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf.  These functions may include technical support functions, email service functions, analyzing data and traffic,  sales and marketing assistance,  customer service ,   promotional  and administrative support and the processing of credit card payments.  These respective parties have access to Personal Information needed to perform their services only and for no other purpose.

2. We may provide products and services on our Website that have no affiliation with the Website. (e.g. merchandise, educational material and personal services such as coaching).   For products and services offered to you jointly by us and a third party, your Personal Information may be shared with or independently gathered by the third party. We may provide a variety of services on this Web site through which you can directly communicate and interact with others, such a referral service, email service, and other communication tools.      We provide  the  ability  to independently  post content and information,  including  among items, web site links, email, telephone,  text,  and audio and video,  all which may be accessible to the public via the internet.  You acknowledge that should you participate in such areas, the information that you post and/or communicate  about  yourself and third parties in such areas might be accessed, collected and used by third parties outside of TopSellingAgent.com.   We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any posting and are not responsible for, and do not assume liability for any communication, any content or any information posted by or disclosed by others.

Our Site is a general audience website. TopSellingAgent.com and its services are not directed to minors. If you are under 18 years of age you should not be using our service.
