Top Selling Agents must apply and qualify each year for certification, by submitting the required documentation demonstrating the following accomplishments:
Credential #1 - Completes 30 plus
transactions per year or has $10M in transaction volume to date in their career.
Credential #2 - Offers a team of two
or more professional assistants to
support their customers.
Credential #3 - Active agent with
a valid real estate license for 4 or more consecutive years.
Credential #4 - Achieves a 90% or
higher customer satisfaction rating via
